Lead Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialists

About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialists within Corporate and Investment Banking Lending Operations (CIBLO).

These roles will support Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) across the platform. The Specialists will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing of commercial mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of operational processes.

The Leads will also focus on identifying root causes and process gaps, analyzing data, and developing actionable solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead strategic product and process initiatives by refreshing operational workflows, optimizing platforms such as nCino, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and a deep understanding of CMS operational processes.
  • Experience leading initiatives that involve identifying root causes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing platforms to support strategic business goals.

  • Knowledge of CMS processes based on individual loan/product, including familiarity with applications such as nCino, Strategy, and Full Circle suite of tools.
  • Lead support functions or operations across multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Strong ability to meet strict deadlines and thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Work independently and make strategic recommendations that support business functions, ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, relating to assigned operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to provide tailored insight and support for key initiatives, including approach and execution for a variety of audiences like Executives, Business Leaders, team managers.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners. 
  • Collaborative and positive team player with a high level of attention to details.
  • Provide knowledge and insight into key initiative(s) development and support in approach and execution.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data management, data flow, and API integrations to deliver strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools.
