About the Department:

  • Our Shared Services Support PMO team ensures smooth operations across FTS core systems and business processes. We collaborate to solve complex challenges, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic initiatives that drive company priorities. Joining this team means working in a dynamic environment where you’ll gain deep expertise in financial systems, contribute to impactful projects, and grow through mentoring and collaboration.

How You Will Add Value?

  • You will gather and document business processes and translate them into system requirements and configuration specifications.

  • You will act as a subject matter expert on FTS processes and systems.

  • You will review initiatives, assess impacts, and recommend improvements. You will bridge gaps between business and technology teams.

  • You will lead testing for system enhancements and resolve issues promptly. You will address escalated system queries and provide solutions.

  • You will mentor analysts and promote best practices.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8–10 years of relevant experience.

  • Expertise in Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, and FTS systems.

  • Knowledge of Aladdin platform is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of investment management operations and reporting tools.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.


Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
