Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary

As an MCT Specialist – Ground, you will coordinate with military personnel and other members of the Movement Control Team (MCT) to facilitate the delivery and receipt of equipment, utilizing commercial and company assets to accomplish mission objectives. In this role you will be involved in ensuring the accurate preparation of documents, maintaining and organizing records both manually and electronically, reviewing schedules, maintaining transportation schedules and submitting diplomatic Clearance Requests for equipment and cargo movement. This position contributes to the daily situation report (SITREPS) for both the military and KBR. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with military personnel and MCT members for the delivery and receipt of equipment, leveraging commercial and company assets.

  • Ensure correct preparation of documents related to equipment movement.

  • Maintain and compile records manually and electronically.

  • Review schedules and confer with others to determine requirements, identify overdue material, and track material movement.

  • Maintain the daily situation report (SITREPS) for both military and KBR.

  • Submit diplomatic Clearance Requests for equipment and cargo movement.

  • Provide a strong level of professional customer service.

  • Follow daily written/verbal instructions and perform well under pressure and time constraints.

  • Work with little to no direct supervision when required.

  • Interface professionally with Military/Government Clients, Kellogg Brown & Root management, and employees.

  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of directly related experience.

  • Must be proficient with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.).

  • Must have the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Requires strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.  

  • Fluency in Polish and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Poland.

  • Intermediate in English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an Intermediate level.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience working with military or government logistics.

  • Familiarity with movement control and coordination processes.
