At Moonpig, we’re all about celebrating those moments that matter — and that starts with creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. As our Front of House, you’ll be the friendly face of our London office, ensuring every visitor and team member feels at home.
You’ll spend three days each week based at our reception desk, greeting guests and managing front-of-house operations, and two days working across the wider office supporting teams and workplace activities. This split gives you a great balance between people-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation — helping to keep Herbal House running smoothly and buzzing with energy.
From greeting guests and coordinating meeting spaces to helping our team with day-to-day office needs, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running and positive energy of our workplace.
