As Launch & Continuity Global Learning Partner within the Global Training Alliance, working with direction from the Learning Strategy Leads you orchestrate the delivery of coordinated, rapid launch training, while embedding advanced adult learning retention strategies into every AI-powered pathway. This role is pivotal in ensuring commercial teams receive timely, relevant, and high-impact learning experiences that elevate market readiness and progress skill levels—from foundational to expert. You act as a facilitator of cross-team collaboration and are the guardian of continuity, ensuring all learning journeys reinforce knowledge, drive retention, and adapt continuously based on launch feedback. Your leadership helps shape a culture of lifelong learning across all pathways, enabled by artificial intelligence and innovative digital solutions.
You will be responsible for the following:
Coordinated Launch Training Delivery: Lead the rapid development and global rollout of launch training by deploying AI-driven platforms, guaranteeing timely, relevant and strategically aligned materials reach commercial teams to drive market readiness.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Continuously track and report launch learning readiness by leveraging AI-driven dashboards and analytics tools (including the Alexion launch platform PRO-PAL), identifying and closing learning gaps with targeted interventions and ongoing improvement cycles. Maintain collaboration across marketing, scientific communications, medical training, and field experts, ensuring alignment throughout the launch process and enabling seamless content creation, approval, and dissemination.
Market Readiness Optimization: Transform traditional content creation by facilitating the use of generative AI and machine learning platforms, enabling compliant, modular, and scalable learning assets for global market rollout. Oversee the secure dissemination of launch content with digital traceability and engagement metrics.
Continuous Enhancement Based on Feedback: Monitor real-time AI-powered learner analytics and feedback after launch phases, driving continual refinement and ensuring sustained learning impact.
Adult Learning Retention Strategies: Design, implement, and embed evidence-based adult learning methodologies and retention strategies across all learning pathways, from initial onboarding through to advanced competency, using AI-enabled solutions that adapt and personalize the learner experience.
Pathway Development and Continuity: Ensure every training journey fosters knowledge progression, skill retention, and measurable upskilling, supporting learners from entry-level to expert via innovative, AI-powered curriculum design. Ensure all launch assets fit seamlessly with existing courses for in-line extensions.
Continuous learning: Develop strategies to efficiently and effectively roll out new data to the global teams. For example, Congress updates and new clinical data of Alexion and competitor products. And embedding these into the Foundation structure where appropriate.
Stakeholder Engagement: Through the Learning Strategy Leads you will maintain active partnerships with global and local teams to ensure content is compliant, engaging, and aligned to strategic business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Uphold robust standards for accessibility, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout all learning and launch processes.
In addition:
Horizon scan and evaluate emerging AI and digital learning innovations to proactively recommend and pilot new technologies across launch training initiatives.
Lead or support special projects including global rollout of new AI platforms, rebranding of learning pathways, and AI-focused change management activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert in AI-driven project management and digital learning, advocating for human-centred, data-informed content creation, and best-in-class orchestration practices.
You will need to have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, education technology, or related field, plus significant experience in commercial training, digital learning, or launch excellence.
Minimum 3 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience in commercial, project management, or training support, with exposure to digital/AI learning platforms.
Demonstrable expertise in orchestrating coordinated launch initiatives and implementing adult learning strategies within AI-enhanced, global learning environments.
Proven track record facilitating cross-functional collaboration and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement in regulated, matrixed organizations.
Advanced proficiency with AI-driven learning management systems, analytics platforms, and digital communication and project management tools.
Strong knowledge of compliance standards relevant to pharmaceutical training, including data privacy, content security, and responsible AI use.
Fluency in English and preferably Spanish; strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse global audiences.
High sense of ownership, digital agility, and ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments through proactive, AI-supported problem-solving.
We would prefer for you to have the following:
Formal training or certification in instructional design, adult learning theory, or AI-powered learning technology.
Hands-on experience supporting major pharmaceutical launches with strong digital, cross-team coordination and content delivery skills.
Proven ability to embed retention-focused adult learning strategies that progress learners from foundational to expert levels within global AI learning pathways.
Experience supporting major product or indication launches in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally with first-hand exposure to AI-enabled launch processes.
Formal project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile) and/or experience with digital workshop facilitation and AI-driven stakeholder engagement.
