Du unterstützt die Entwicklung neuer Produkte im Bereich Urethane Additives mit Schwerpunkt auf Polyurethan-Hartschäumen und arbeitest aktiv an Labor- und Technikumsversuchen mit
Du bereitest Versuche vor, führst Routineanalysen sowie anwendungstechnische Tests durch und wertest die Ergebnisse zuverlässig aus
Du prüfst Proben und Produktchargen, führst Serienansätze durch und arbeitest dabei nach etablierten Labormethoden
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Laborausrüstung einwandfrei funktioniert, hier übernimmst Du die Wartung und Kalibrierung und unterstützt bei der Fehleranalyse
Du dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse sorgfältig und trägst zur Qualitätssicherung sowie zu strukturierten Abläufen im Labor und Technikum bei
Du führst chemische Synthesen durch, z. B. von Silikontensiden und Katalysatoren, und entwickelst dich dabei fachlich kontinuierlich weiter

Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in
Idealerweise bringst du erste Laborerfahrung mit, z. B. im Bereich Polyurethan-Schäume oder in der Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Destillation von Substanzen – auch im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen oder gefährlichen Materialien
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und organisierst deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenständig und zuverlässig
Du kennst die gängigen Sicherheitsvorschriften im Labor und gehst verantwortungsvoll mit Chemikalien um
Du bist ein Teamplayer, kommunizierst klar und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammen
Du bringst ein gutes Gespür im Umgang mit Menschen sowie interkulturelle Offenheit mit
Du bist neugierig, lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
