What you will be doing: 

As L1 Support Professional; 

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions or troubleshooting needs about CGMs software. 

  • You will record, categorize and process incoming phone and digital chat inquiries in our SAP CRM. 

  • You will assist and guide customers on how to resolve their issues with care, patience, and understanding. 

  • You will work closely with 2nd line support on any customer cases should higher technical assistance be required. 

  • You will identify and provide solutions to the support team on potential issues, smarter ways of working and how we can provide the best service to our customers.  

  • You will be working in a fast paced busy environment dealing with queries of all levels of difficulty – no two weeks, days or hours will look the same. 

 

Need to have: 

  • Fluent Norwegian, both written and spoken. Good understanding of English both written and spoken. 

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer support role – with a technical and/or commercial background in customer support. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with the customers needs. 

  • A strong customer orientated mindset and ability to relate to the issues they are facing. 

  • Ability to work flexibly – our team has rotated set hours to ensure that 1st line support is covered during opening hours. 

  • Office presence 5 days a week – however we try to be flexible to all our employees needs. 

  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and within tight deadlines whilst also delivering exceptional levels of customer service. 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Applicable degree, diploma or certificate. 

  • Experience within and/or knowledge of e-Helse. 

  • A keen interest in technology and open to new ways of thinking when it comes to IT. 

  • Highly motivated and strong work ethic. 

  • Eagerness to learn and a solid team player mantra. 

  • Experience in tools like SAP, MS Office, SQL, RDP, Remote tools, Microsoft .NET.
