About the role
We are hiring a Key Account Manager in Dubai to manage the North Africa territory. The role focuses on revenue retention and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across North Africa.
Retain and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in Financial Institutions and NBFIs.
Deliver impactful product demos and presentations showcasing LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
Proven 5+ years of sales experience with Financial Institutions.
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Proven experience in SaaS and On-Premise Software Solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
