* Conduct thorough customer analysis to identify opportunities for growth and anticipate future requirements.
* Implement robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to track interactions, manage pipelines, and optimize customer engagement.
* Drive Customer Success Management initiatives, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Ferring's products and services.
* Effectively Communicate product value propositions, market insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
* Utilize Digital Sales techniques and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies to reach and engage with key account decision-makers.
* Continuously monitor Market Intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement Pharmaceutical Sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of key accounts and the broader healthcare landscape.
* Lead Sales Optimization efforts, continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
* Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, demonstrating strong Selling skills and a deep understanding of customer requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and sales support, to Deliver Results and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Display Resilience and Adaptability in a dynamic market environment, adjusting strategies as needed to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrated ability to Communicate Effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Strong analytical skills for Customer Analysis and Market Intelligence.
* Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and processes.
* Experience in Customer Success Management and a customer-centric approach.
* A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and the ability to Deliver Results.
* Familiarity with Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies.
