Key Account Manager- NSW, Sydney-based.

We have a shiny new role within our dedicated foodservice team! We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager who will be responsible for driving Bega Group’s market-leading brand portfolio in our thriving Foodservice channels, including Hospitals, Aged Care, Institutions and Caterers.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of driving growth in these channels. You will nurture and grow existing relationships, identifying gaps and providing world-class customer service.  In addition, there will be a strong focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering new relationships and showcasing our diverse product portfolio at every opportunity! You will be supported by the greater sales team to dream big, innovate and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Proactively network and engage new prospects to deliver new business growth and meet targets

  • Implement and execute a structured contact plan to promote product launches and drive participation in sales campaigns

  • Serve as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters when needed

  • Invest in your growth, continuously develop your skills through training, coaching, and professional accreditation

About you

  • Bring your Foodservice and/or account management know-how to drive success

  • Leverage your frontline sales and customer engagement skills to manage complex relationships and deliver results

  • Understand FMCG dynamics and promotional strategies to maximise impact and growth

  • Be commercially savvy, with a strong grasp of revenue, profit, ROI, and key business metrics

  • Tech-smart and analytical, you will thrive in a collaborative environment while managing your time and resources independently
