Job purpose:

As the Junior BPA Developer, your role is to contribute to shaping and evolving BPA initiatives by identifying business process improvement opportunities and supporting the delivery of sustainable automation solutions.

The role places a strong emphasis on business process understanding and domain knowledge, working closely with stakeholders to analyze operational needs and translate them into effective automation solutions. Modern development and AI-assisted tools are leveraged to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with operational objectives and company strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements.

• Develop and deploy BPA/RPA solutions using appropriate tools and frameworks, leveraging AI-assisted development tools where applicable.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, senior BPA developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

• Support day-to-day operation of automations, troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.

• Support business teams during testing activities, including internal testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT.

• Create and maintain clear and accurate solution and process documentation.

• Monitor automation performance and report on the status and effectiveness of automation initiatives.

• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices in automation and AI.

What We're Looking For:

• Scripting or programming knowledge with Python.

• Automation experience in development will be highly valued.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.

• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.

• Experience or exposure to finance or operational domains is a strong plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel).

• SAP knowledge (SAP R/3, Business Warehouse) is a plus.

• Exposure to RPA/BPA tools or automation platforms is a plus.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.
