Jr Production Engineer

Job Description:

• Track in a monthly basis the campaigns completion ratio and costs and prepare monthly reports.

• Perform recall launching registry, communication reinforcement to customers and payment of required fees to the government using SERPRO, SAP or other interfaces or systems that may be applicable.

• Perform repaired units analysis between SERPRO vs. Nissan internal Databases.

• Apply improvements / process automatizations to current department processes.

• Negotiation with NML, NNA and NE for C.R. tracking criteria adjustments, registry & database consistency assurance.

• Lead action plan for C.R. improvement with other countries and regions.

• Control department KPI’s & expenditures;

• Lead field investigation for potential safety issues.

• Conduct technical interviews with customers to support root cause analysis.

• Provide technical support to Legal, Call Center and Communication department

• Conduct statistical analysis of field incidents (Pareto, Weibull, FTA, 5W1H).

• Perform vehicle incident analysis and propose technical report to related areas.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Data analysis; 
   
• Vehicle engineering;
   
• Supplier knowledge.

Software Knowledge:

• CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks),

• ERP systems (e.g., SAP) (Will be considered a Plus)

• MES software - Advanced

• Simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS), (Will be considered a Plus)

• Statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) (Will be considered a Plus)

Experience:

• Experience in data analysis.

• Experience in automotive risk assessment and analysis.

Education:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.

Languages:

• English – Intermediate Level (Advanced will be considered a Plus).

Workstation:

• NBA – Resende, RJ;

• Availability to travel occasionally.
