GenAI for Inclusion & Impact: Designing a more inclusive bank through Generative AI
Are you a STEM student or recent graduate passionate about AI, technology, data and social impact?
Do you believe Generative AI can be more than a productivity tool — a real enabler of inclusion and human potential?
This is your opportunity to explore how GenAI can help design a more accessible, inclusive and human-centered bank.
The Challenge
During this full-day challenge, you will work in diverse teams to imagine and design Generative AI–based solutions that make banking services more accessible, inclusive and efficient, both for customers and colleagues.
Disability must be embedded in every proposal as a core design requirement, not as an afterthought.
The goal is to develop concrete, realistic ideas that could be applied in a banking environment, generating value from both a technology and a business perspective.
This is not just about innovation. It’s about showing how GenAI can drive inclusion, accessibility and full participation, helping people express their potential and shaping a more responsible and human company.
