Scale Tech is a development agency partnering with innovative companies across Lithuania and beyond. We are currently looking for an IT Support (L1) on behalf of one of our clients — TCG Telecom, a telecom operator specialising in custom communication and telephony solutions since 2008.
You would be joining a small, close-knit support team of 3 (alongside 2 senior IT support engineers) within a company of 10. This is a great entry point for anyone looking to kick-start their IT career in a technical, real-world environment — no deep expertise required, everything is learnable on the job.
This role has a clear ladder — strong performers can progress to L2 and eventually L3 support, taking on more complex infrastructure and project responsibilities over time.
Working method - Hybrid
Salary range - 1500-2500 EUR/Month (gross) depending on your experience and competences.
