  • Job Summary:

    Responsible for the administration and technical support of Map Management System, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role also includes team management, incident handling, and system enhancement collaboration

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Administration:

    • Provide technical support and administration for Wafer Management System, Turnstile and C3
    • Deliver solutions to manufacturing teams related to wafer maps.
  • Team Management:

    • Lead and manage the IT Production Support team across both day and night shifts.
    • Ensure effective communication and task coordination within the team.
  • Incident Management:

    • Monitor and collect issues via the service ticketing system.
    • Ensure all incidents are resolved in accordance with SLA requirements.
    • Investigate root causes of incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  • System Enhancement:

    • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the Wafer Map Management System.
    • Participate in improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and usability.
  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure adherence to the company’s environmental management, health, and safety policies.
    • Maintain awareness and compliance with the company’s quality and environmental standards.
