Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Product & Project Manager - Planisware (f/m) to join our team based in Marignane, France.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product & Project Manager to lead the development and management of a key solution built on the Planisware software. This is a unique hybrid role that combines strategic product management with hands-on project execution.

You will be the key driver of the solution, responsible for its lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including leadership, development teams, and key users, to ensure the solution meets business needs and delivers maximum value.

Your challenges:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the solution.

  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for solution development and implementation.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate regular meetings and stakeholder reviews.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Planisware Expertise:

  • Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for the Planisware software.

  • Manage Planisware integrations with other enterprise systems.

  • Monitor the upgrade and the performance of the solution in compliance with Planisware lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management, Communication & Team Leadership:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

  • Communicate project status, key decisions, and product updates to all relevant parties.

  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and software specialists.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment.

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with the Planisware software platform is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
