Develop and implement proactive network monitoring and management strategies to predict and prevent service disruptions.
Utilize AI/Machine Learning and advanced network management tools for in-depth network analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive criticality .
Implement network automation principles to ensure the monitoring system dynamically catches and adjusts to network configuration changes, preventing configuration drift and maintaining monitoring effectiveness.
Design and implement an automated monitoring and decision system, to manage redundancy and failover processes, ensuring seamless business continuity
Manage, configure, and maintain a diverse set of network devices, tools, and systems across the global infrastructure based in 3 regions, supporting 150 sites and around 21,000 users.
Analyzing network data for performance and provide recommendations for improvements
Perform root cause analysis for complex network issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network management solutions with other IT operations and security platforms.
Document all network management processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency network support.
Allow a clear and understandable interface, that correlates network health with affected applications and services, to network engineers and key customers

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level network management .
2 years experience working with LAN\WAN networks , routers, switches and network configurations
Experience working with Security & FireWall systems
Location: The position is based in Penang, Malaysia.
Technical Skills: Extensive practical experience with a wide range of network management and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Cisco SD-WAN, ThousandEyes,nGeniusPULSE ,etc..).
Ability to communicate effectively with team, managers and employees at all levels
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
This role will need to be ready to support globally timzeone [EMEA/US/APAC]
Certifications such as CCNP, or equivalent.
Proven experience in deploying and managing AI/ML-driven network management platforms.
Strong understanding scripting for use of network automation and Net DevOps (e.g., Ansible, Python).
Experience with cloud networking concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Demonstrated ability to design and implement a global network monitoring architecture to allow stable availability and good response time to any region.
