Job Description:

Location: 1003 Plum Valley Ln, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with One Day Off During the Week (Closed on Sunday)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
Pay Type: Full Time
Travel: Up to 25% Travel to Other Locations (CA & UT)

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

  •  Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative

  •  Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software

  •  Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

  • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions

  •  Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions

  •  Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement

  •  Manage Help Desk Support

  •  Quarterly security reviews

  •  Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs

  • Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed

  •  Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups

  • Punctual and regular attendance.

  • Ensure process adherence.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Effectively manage a high volume of work

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Job Required Skills and Knowledge

  •  Able to work irregular hours

  •  Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (Active Directory and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring

  •  Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions

  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.

  • Must maintain a professional appearance and follow brand dress code.

Education, Experience and Certification

  •  Proven leadership skills

  •  Cisco Meraki CMNO/ECMS1 Certification

  •  Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science

  •  Strong creative and analytical thinking

  •  Professional certifications

  •  Cisco CCNP Certification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.

  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
