Job Description:
Location: 1003 Plum Valley Ln, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with One Day Off During the Week (Closed on Sunday)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
Pay Type: Full Time
Travel: Up to 25% Travel to Other Locations (CA & UT)

Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
Manage Help Desk Support
Quarterly security reviews
Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
Punctual and regular attendance.
Ensure process adherence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Effectively manage a high volume of work

Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (Active Directory and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions

Must maintain a professional appearance and follow brand dress code.

Education, Experience and Certification
Proven leadership skills
Cisco Meraki CMNO/ECMS1 Certification
Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
Strong creative and analytical thinking
Professional certifications
Cisco CCNP Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
