The salary range for this role is $101,120.00 to $126,400.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

The Tech Finance Business Partner will act as the key point of connection between the Finance teams, Pernod Ricards Global Tech organization, and the local Tech teams across North and South America. This role is designed to be a true partner with Tech stakeholders, ensuring business integrity and alignment with organizational goals.

What you’ll do 

• Business Partnership:
  • Partner closely with local stakeholders to ensure business integrity and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Finance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to provide insights into the financial health of the markets under his/her scope.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Share financial acumen with local Tech teams to enhance their understanding and application of financial principles.
  • Partnership with local finance and Tech stakeholders to support decision-making processes
• Data accuracy:
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in the reporting systems used across the organization

• Ability to document and present financial data accurately
