Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst & Project Coordinator for Compliance IT, who will play a dual role in supporting software technology projects. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating project activities, and assisting with project management tasks to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and/or project coordination.
  • Ability to gain business domain knowledge and translate it to technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project and other management tools.
  • Proficiency in Draw.io, creating presentations, using AI tools (Co-pilot).
  • Experience with SQL, Excel and data analysis is a plus
  • Experience in creating KPI/Dashboarding Tools for executive reporting

Good to have :

  • Prior experience with Finance and compliance domain.
  • Experience with Databricks, bigdata environment.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $113,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
