We are looking for a skilled Inventory Analyst to take charge of the strategic aspects of inventory management for Regional Operations in Hearing, Gaming, and Enterprise. This global role will design, maintain and work to improve safety stock and inventory control principles, deliver timely and accurate inventory reporting, align end-to-end inventories with global stakeholders, and act as an inventory specialist on strategic projects.
The role requires comprehensive knowledge of inventory principles, quantitative skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ in Ballerup, you will be part of the Intelligence, Performance and Inventory team within the Regional Operations Strategy and Excellence department.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
- Own, Design, implement and maintain standardized global safety stock principles and other inventory control policies across Regional Operations site.
- Maintain and further develop dashboards and automated reports that track inventory KPIs (inventory days, turns, service level, stockouts, obsolescence, safety stock adherence)
- Propose and implement improvements to inventory management using quantitative analysis, simulations and pilot programs to optimize working capital and service levels
- Be accountable for healthy inventory levels across product categories and define the process and actions to meet target
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support senior stakeholders with timely analysis and decision-ready insights
- Investigate the potential of AI within inventory management and manage projects towards the implementation of such
- Train and support regional teams on inventory principles, reporting tools and standard operating procedures
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have
- M.Sc. in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or similar degree.
- Structured analytical approach with pragmatic execution skills
- Stakeholder management skills; experience working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and handling periodic odd-hour commitments and travel (1-3 weeks annually)
- High attention to detail and dedicated sense of ownership and delivery
- Experience with planning and inventory management in a global supply chain environment
- Experience building and operating inventory reporting and dashboards
