The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated HSE Intern to coordinate and supervise the implementation of our Integrated Management System (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) across our various sites. A key focus of this role will be the administration and optimization of our Enablon software suite to streamline reporting and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- System Deployment: Coordinate and supervise the rollout of the HSE management system across all operational sites.
- Enablon Administration: Act as the key user for the Enablon system (data entry, dashboard creation, and ensuring site-level reporting accuracy).
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards as well as local regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Audits & Action Plans: Organize internal and ensure the rigorous follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Standardization: Harmonize QHSE procedures and best practices across the entire organization.
- Risk & Incident Management: Supervise the management of risks, incidents, and non-conformities, ensuring root-cause analysis is conducted.
- Safety Culture: Support QHSE teams functionally and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Who you are
Required Education and Expertise
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HSE Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Proficiency in Enablon (or similar EHS software) is a significant advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
- High level of organization, ability to prioritize, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Communication: Leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Languages: Fluent in French; Intermediate level in English. Any additional languages are a plus.
