Entity Description

Procurement is a major contributor to the Group's performance. In order to accelerate and strengthen its contribution to the Group's objectives, Europe Procurement has undertaken a significant transformation of its mindset, organization, purchasing strategies, processes, and tools in recent years, focusing on developing greater collaboration with operations and leveraging the contributions of our suppliers.
To continue this transformation, Europe Procurement has launched a project to streamline its processes. This initiative aims to simplify and optimize several key processes (procure-to-order, contract management, tool support, master data, and supplier relationship management) across all procurement operations in Europe, while ensuring alignment with best practices and improving overall efficiency.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Are you enthusiastic about looking for career development in a large international company?
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Europe Procurement for a 6 months period.

What You'll Do 

  • Provide daily administrative support, including maintaining employee records and organization charts, and assisting in the preparation of HR presentations and reports.

  • Support the seamless coordination of the employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and manage key data within the HR system.

  • Work closely with Europe Procurement HR and all European HR teams and managers to coordinate and resolve regional employee topics.

  • Assist in the organization and logistical planning of internal training programs.

  • Take an active supporting role in various internal HR projects, including those related to Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Group activities.

  • Act as a key support point for internal customers, helping to liaise with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to facilitate effective HR solutions.


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

  • Education : Bac+5 (HR, Business Admin..etc)

  • Student at an engineering school, university, or business school

  • Excellent command of English, french proficiency is Optional

  • Strong communication skills and autonomous

  • Some HR internship experience in companies is preferable

  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

  • Responsibility and willingness to learn and work as a team member

  • Air Liquide is a Happy Trainees organization.

  • The internship takes place at the Group's historic headquarters in the heart of Paris, at the Quai d'Orsay.

  • Location: Paris, France

  • Desired start date: Early 2026
