About the Role
The internship Program brings together experiences that will help our co-ops and interns develop both personally and professionally, Students pursuing their undergraduate and post-graduate degree programs wherein internship is a mandatory requirement of the curriculum or those who have completed their studies and are looking for a short work experience.
What You Will Do
Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python for embedded software validation.
Support the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues found during testing.
Work on setting up and maintaining test environments, including test benches and Linux-based systems.
Contribute to continuous integration and automation frameworks under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for automation development and documentation.
Learn and apply concepts of embedded systems testing and basic scripting for test automation workflows.
Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to test automation and software quality assurance.
Demonstrate strong team collaboration, communication, and a proactive learning attitude.
What You Need to Be Successful
BE/B. Tech in Computer Science / Electronics or similar technical degree.
Knowledge of Embedded C/C++/Python/Java programming.
Basic Knowledge of OOPs.
Good knowledge on Software testing concepts.
Keep self learning, updated with industry trends and upcoming technology.
Eager to learn and improve own skill.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Good problem-solving skills.
Interact and work with peers within team, for Program/Product success.
Adhere to HARMAN’s policies, code of conduct, and project quality standards in all assigned tasks.
