Develop and update CAD models and technical drawings.
Collaborate closely with New Product Development (NPD) teams, including participation in drawing reviews.
Review and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Take ownership of ECR/ECN execution for legacy products.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support Power BI dashboards.
Act as the global point of contact, independently managing customer communications.
Prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively, aligning with timelines and available resources.
What you need:
Required :
Experience- 7 years to 9 years; including minimum 3 years of experience in medical device industry.
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or similar domain
Strong proficiency in applying GD&T standards (ISO and ASME) within CAD environments; Solid understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, preferably in orthopaedics.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, such as PTC Windchill; Hands-on experience in executing product changes via ECRs/ECNs; Good knowledge with design control processes and Design History File (DHF) documentation.
Preferred :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
Experience with 3D CAD software, especially Creo from PTC.
Exposure to requirements management tools like Jama.
