We are now looking for a Sales Director to lead and drive new international business within our underwater portfolio, comprising underwater weapons and remotely operated/autonomous systems. This role is focused on identifying, capturing, and shaping new opportunities on the global market.
You will play a central role in expanding our international footprint, building new customer relationships, and positioning our underwater capabilities in emerging and high-growth markets. This is a role where you will define and influence how we compete — and win — in one of the most dynamic domains in defence today.
You will work closely with strategy, product management, and execution functions to turn market leads into concrete business. As Sales Director, you will take ownership of capturing new opportunities from first customer engagement to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities Include:
You are a business-oriented professional with a strong drive to close business and strive to exceed expectations. You have a flexible mindset and can shift between different levels of technical and commercial details. As a person, you drive change and possess the ability to lead people. Solid experience in complex international sales, ideally within the defence or naval domain, is highly valued. You are structured, persistent, and motivated by winning new business and entering new markets.
You understand long sales cycles, stakeholder mapping, and strategic capture management. You are comfortable operating at senior levels — both internally and with customers — and you know how to build credibility and trust in high-stakes environments.
Most importantly, you are energized by growth — by taking initiative, shaping opportunities early, and driving them through to closure.
Location: Linköping, Stockholm, Lund, Karlskrona.
International travel will be required.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
