Job Description

  • Supplier Management:
    • Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
    • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Purchasing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process
    • Collaborate with local business units to ensure alignment of procurement with operational requirements.
  • Contract Management:
    • Draft and review contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organisation.
    • Monitor contract compliance and resolve any issues related to contract terms.
    • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting:
    • Track and manage procurement expenditures to ensure they stay within budget.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses without compromising quality.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and supplier performance
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and performance reviews.
