R46507 Internal Logistics Coordinator

The Internal Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting logistics related duties, with a focus on movement locally and between facilities. This role will coordinate and prepare pre-shipment documentation and scheduling; and assist the Materials and Logistics teams with all modes of transportation.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday with start time between 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM

YOUR IMPACT:  

  • Field all inquiries for in and outbound shipments.

  • Create, assign, and manage shipments in JDE and other systems.

  • File and maintain all shipping documentation.

  • Maintain departmental reports, metrics, and records.

  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

  • Manage shifting priorities and multiple requests for support.

  • Work and effectively communicate cross-functionally with all branch plants, work centers, and leaders.

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Coordinate plans and provide direction to 3rd party and internal truck drivers.

  • Collaborate daily with 3rd party vendors, effectively communicating and providing direction.

  • Support documentation and investigation of incidents related to logistics processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Logistics experience within the manufacturing industry.

  • Ability to effectively communicate.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.

Pay Range:

$42,100.00 - $64,500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
