EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Supply Chain Logistics team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.

  • Data Entry and Analysis: Assist in maintaining and updating supply chain databases, entering shipment details, and tracking inventory levels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments like procurement, sales, and warehouse management to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Shipping and Receiving Assistance: Help with the preparation of shipping documentation, packaging, labeling, and handling incoming and outgoing shipments.

About You

What You're Working With:

  • Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and identify trends or issues..
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentations; advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and customers professionally.
