The Sales team is responsible for bringing the firm’s investment capabilities to clients, building long‑term relationships and supporting asset growth across all client segments in a consultative and relationship-driven role. In this role you will help creating business and digital initiatives that enable long-term business growth. Interns work alongside experienced professionals,
contributing to live client activities and innovation-focused projects in a collaborative, international environment. Joining the team offers practical exposure to asset management, client servicing, and emerging digital solutions while
building strong professional foundations.
Supporting the business development of current clients for
example preparing presentations.
Supporting Sales team with daily tasks such as client queries and follow-up.
Proactively seek out interesting insights/analysis to support the sales process, leveraging documents and research produced
internally by our investment teams.
Working on the content (leadership thoughts, insights): checking translations and supporting the leveraging through different media.
Assisting at internal/external events.
Compliance rooting of presentations and marketing material.
Experience
Final-year student or recent graduate in a finance-related degree.
Technical & Language Skills
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Collaborative team player in a global environment.
40 hours per week, office based.
