Job Description

You will be assisting the Lease Management (Property Tax) team with the Additional Property Tax computations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants

  • Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements

  • Check on the viability of claw backs from tenants

  • Prepare and send letters to tenants on relevant claw backs of property tax payable when initiated

  • Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries

  • Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants

  • Track and monitor payments by tenants

  • Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks (i.e. AV review) as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Valuation, Finance, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Knowledge of real estate or valuation will be an advantage

  • Meticulous and pro-active
