Job Description

You will support the Community Engagement team in implementing programmes and campaigns to foster a vibrant and engaged office community in support of CapitaLand Workspace’s tenant attraction and retention efforts at selected Business Parks, Industrial, and Commercial properties in Singapore.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of both online and in-person community engagement programmes and activities such as social media campaigns, lunchtime workshops

  • Create and distribute publicity materials across digital and physical channels to promote engagement initiatives

  • Collate progress reports for these activities

  • Support marketing and communication efforts related to tenant engagement and experience

  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties or projects as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines

  • Prior experience in using major social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram

  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess positive attitude, resourcefulness, and initiative

  • Familiarity with design and media editing software would be an advantage
