岗位职责/ Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
- 保证产品质量控制符合产品规格要求，并完整，有效，确保提供给客户产品保持高的质量水准。 To ensure product control is sufficient , effective and compliant with product specification requirement , and provide high quality performance product to customer .
- 负责来料检验及过程检验。
Responsible for incoming inspection & in-process inspection.
- 确保不符合标准的组件被隔离、标记、记录、提交评估，且在质量调查完成前不得释放使用或投入生产。
Ensures that a non-conforming component is quarantined, labelled, documented, submitted for evaluation and not released for use nor released to production until quality has been investigated.
- 确保经批准和校准的测量设备得到维护并可供使用
Ensures that approved and calibrated measuring devices are maintained and available for use
- 确保检验记录中检验项目和要求与最新检验文件相一致：
Ensure that the inspection items and requirements in the inspection record are consistent with the latest inspection documents .
- 确保检验过程中检验依据齐全、正确，无误判、漏检等。
Ensure that the inspection basis is complete and correct in the inspection process . No misjudgment or misdetection and etc.
- 及时发现有关生产及产品质量的问题，并及时向上级汇报。
Timely identify problems related to production and product quality, report to QC leader promptly.
- 确保遵循GMP和5S要求的质量标准，持续维护安全健康的工作环境。
Ensure that follow the quality standards of GMP and 5S ,to continuously maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment.
- 经理安排的其他任务。
Other tasks assigned by manager .
岗位资格和经验/ Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
- 高中及以上学历，有三年以上检验工作经验：
High school degree or above, and 3 years inspection experience at least.
- 工作细心、认真、负责：
Work carefully, conscientiously and responsibly.
- 理解 ERP 系统和工厂生产流程：
Understand ERP system and factory production process.
- 具备原材料检验、成品检验等经验：
Experience in components inspection, products inspection etc.
- 熟练掌握常见的检验工具，如游标卡尺，千分尺，万用表。会使用投影仪者优先：
Proficiency in common inspection tools, such as vernier calipers, micrometer, multimeter. Able to use image measuring instrument is preferred.
- 能够看懂部件图纸，如结构部件,电路板部件等。
Understand the drawings of components，such as structural components, PCBA components, etc.
- 有良好的沟通能力和清晰的表达能力。
Good communication skills and clear expression ability.
- 有英文基础者优先。
English reading is preferred.
