At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.
In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.
Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. Your skillset – what are you bringing?
- Graduate/final year student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business administration or related fields.
- Passionate about financial analysis and with good analytical skills;
- Proficient in English and Bulgarian languages (second foreign language is an advantage)
- Motivated by continuous learning.
- Confident in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Agile in your thinking, adapt quickly to the changing world, and excited about working smarter through technology;
- Flexible about traveling around the country;
- Team player with a high level of integrity.
