Senior Financial Analyst

Corporate Finance serves as a strategic and operational partner to the business, responsible for stewarding capital, driving disciplined investment, and ensuring financial clarity across SeatGeek and our external stakeholders. The team sits within the finance department and is structured to support both long-term value creation and day-to-day financial operations.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening SeatGeek’s cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and broader treasury-related analyses. You will serve as a business finance partner to business functions, supporting expense management, performance tracking, and decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, you will also contribute to executive and investor reporting by preparing analyses and materials that communicate financial performance, trends, and capital strategy. Through process improvements and automation, you will help elevate the scalability, accuracy, and rigor of our financial reporting and modeling infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Support cash flow forecasting, balance sheet analysis, and working capital insights to ensure financial health and capital efficiency
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to business department leaders, helping translate business initiatives into financial outcomes and driving accountability against key performance targets
  • Prepare executive-level reporting materials for senior leadership and investors, distilling complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Build reports, decks, and dashboards to support internal financial reporting and processes across the company
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data integrity across financial systems
  • Partner with our Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Business Systems teams on ad hoc projects to improve financial reporting and data

What you have

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of Corporate FP&A experience preferred
  • Mastery of financial modeling (3-statement, NPV, DCF) and spreadsheet functionality
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to establish productive relationships with senior leaders within the company including department heads, directors, and other executives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear insights and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-growth technology, marketplace, or consumer internet businesses is a plus
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications is a plus
  • Prior use of enterprise software similar to Workday Adaptive (CPM), NetSuite (ERP), or Zip (S2P) is a plus

The salary range for this role is $84,000- $121,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
