The Boeing CompanyBoeing Materials and Processes (M&P) Interiors team is seeking a Composites/Interiors Technical Analyst to join the team in North Charleston, South Carolina.
This person would be performing quality assurance and engineering testing for interior materials (i.e. mechanical, flammability testing, and materials characterization). This person will also be involved in engineering related projects or production support projects for the interiors center. You will also get exposure to M&P related projects involving materials, etc.
Note: This is a very hands-on role that will be spent in the lab for the entirety of the shift.
Position Responsibilities:
· Performs tests and assists in analysis of materials, processes and equipment
· Participates in test development, assists in routine analysis of failed parts and processes, generates data to aid in the evaluation of the failure mechanism and documents findings
· Assists in developing and revising documents and technical requirements
· Participates in the evaluation and qualification of materials, suppliers, equipment, technology and processes to ensure that conformance and producibility requirements are met
· Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by participating in the design, fabrication and testing of new concepts and technology
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Experience running/using machines
