  • Develops and executes sales strategies tailored to the assigned branch/segment, identifying local market opportunities and adapting plans based on customer needs and competitor insights.
  • Manages the complete sales cycle within the area /segment, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met while supporting tendering, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with area-based /segment customers and partners, serving as the primary contact to address needs and represent the company locally.
  • Provides regular sales performance reports and market insights, monitors KPIs, and recommends improvements based on competitor activity and performance gaps.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports the development of sales staff through training and mentorship, and promotes a high-performance branch culture.
