Role Summary
- As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Lead and sales & marketing teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to key initiatives and new therapeutic market orientation. This role offers you the chance to learn, contribute, and grow while being part of impactful projects that shape Baxter’s presence in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the regional team to support tactical marketing initiatives.
- Lead a mini project focused on market orientation and insights for a new therapeutic area.
- Gain practical experience in vendor management, purchasing, and order follow‑up.
- Coordinate marketing materials production and track asset balances.
- Support documentation, invoicing, and payment processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to maximize efficiency and resource use.
- Contribute to problem‑solving with vendors on supply, quality, and service issues.
- Learn procurement best practices and apply them to real projects.
- Assist with event‑related activities, occasionally on weekends.

Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a flexible, “can‑do” mindset.
- Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in project management and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and committed to achieving results in line with Baxter’s global standards.
