Your role in our team
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you play a key role in driving growth by supporting our partners with the right solutions at the right time. You act as a trusted advisor, turning customer needs into clear opportunities across Ingram Micro’s portfolio. By collaborating closely with vendors, account managers, and internal teams, you help accelerate sales, enhance profitability, and strengthen our position as the leading technology distributor.
What will you do?
In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for our customers and help them get the most out of what Ingram Micro offers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Helping customers find what they really need: from product advice and tech details to competitive quotes that support their growth.
- Spotting opportunities in areas like AI, Edge, and advanced services, and guiding partners toward the best solutions and ROI — by thinking outside the box and proposing complete, end‑to‑end solutions that bring together all customer requirements and Lines of Business (infrastructure, applications, and deployment services).
- Growing our storage business by offering value‑driven solutions, smart upsells, and by making the most of our vendor relationships.
- Boost Commercial PC Direct performance by using Ingram’s scale, partner programs, and multi‑route‑to‑market capabilities to outpace market growth — with a strong focus on shifting and growing more PC business (CSG) through distribution.
- Expanding your customer portfolio by reaching new buying centers and strengthening relationships within existing accounts.
