About the Opportunity:
Morita and Kuraray Noritake collectively cover a broad spectrum of premium dental solutions, with Morita specialising in advanced equipment, including high precision 2D/3D and CBCT imaging systems, innovative endodontic technologies and durable handpieces all designed to elevate diagnostic accuracy and clinical efficiency. Complementing this, Kuraray Noritake leads in restorative materials, offering industry defining adhesives reliable resin cements versatile composites and high esthetics zirconia CAD/CAM materials.
As our Supplier Sales Specialist you will partner with customers across NSW and ACT, building and growing trusted relationships that support our customers clinical outcomes and business growth. You will be the subject matter expert across this portfolio and will collaborate closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities that deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion the Morita and Kuraray portfolio, delivering expert guidance that elevates clinical outcomes and strengthens Henry Schein’s reputation for excellence.
Drive brand impact by building trust and showcasing solutions that enhance the Henry Schein service experience at every customer touchpoint.
Cultivate and expand high value customer partnerships, supporting clinicians in achieving both superior patient results and sustainable business growth.
Work with the wider sales team through collaboration, coaching, and proactive support that accelerates success across new and existing accounts.
Own and exceed sales targets, confidently driving monthly and annual revenue for the Morita/Kuraray portfolio
Spot emerging trends and opportunities, using market insights to steer growth and shape strategic direction.
Master the full product suite and deliver impactful training and support to both the sales team and customers.
Represent Henry Schein with professionalism and energy at exhibitions, study clubs, open days and industry events, amplifying our presence in the dental community.
Key Requirements:
Experience in the dental industry, with a consultative sales background preferred.
Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Highly self motivated and capable of working autonomously.
Familiarity with Pronto and Salesforce is an advantage.
Willingness to travel regularly.
