You’ll own the full execution cycle—from leveraging EDI/SPS platforms to driving sales execution—ensuring operational excellence and delivering best-in-class service, strengthening dealer relationships, and making sure every account feels like part of the YETI tribe.
As an Inside Sales Representative- Key Accounts, you will play a critical role in supporting our Canadian sales organization by managing the order book, driving in-season selling, and ensuring customer needs are met in close collaboration with sales, planning and marketing teams. The position is expected to be solutions-focused and will rely heavily upon reporting, analysis, and data entry to identify order issues. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key to building strong relationships and delivering a premium customer experience across diverse regions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Account Management.
Partner with Key Account Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through world-class account management.
Develop strong rapport with key account stakeholders ensuring consistent engagement through calls, emails, and meetings
Manage and communicate updates on account status, GTM progress and outstanding issues through detailed reporting on a weekly basis.
Communicate risks and provide solutions related to inventory, PO timelines, or credit concerns.
Review incoming purchase orders through EDI/SPS and ensure special instructions are communicated to relevant departments.
Maintain accurate record of communications, transactions and account activities through relevant systems.
Work closely with the Key Account Sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on account strategies and objectives.
Support resolution of warranty issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4 years of experience in B2B account management, customer service, or inside sales.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) is an asset.
Experience with EDI/SPS preferred.
Strong organizational and priority management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or inaccuracies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and with customers.
