CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Senior Esri ArcGIS enterprise engineer to support a key CACI Department of War (DoW) program.

More About the Role
The candidate will have experience developing and maintaining the COTS product Esri ArcGIS Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Technical lead of the Agile team
Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements
Administer the ArcGIS Enterprise platform.
Build and maintain all objects.
Assist with maintenance of Enterprise Geodatabase and Data Store
Manage and respond to user tickets; technical interface with Esri
Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (ability to attain interim will be considered).
College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 7 years related technical experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter.
Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges.
Works well with limited oversight.
DoD 8570/8140 certification (current), i.e., Sec+ CE, CASP CE etc.
Required:
Expertise in the following areas:
Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Platform
Spatial Data Management, Enterprise Geodatabase and Data Store
ArcGIS Image Server
ArcGIS Analytics
Direct experience with the Army National Guard
At least 5-years supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platform.
Experience migrating the ArcGIS enterprise platform to new Army or ARNG hosting environments.
Experience designing, developing, and building ArcGIS enterprise in a cloud hosting environment.
Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases.
Improve the quality of the ArcGIS Enterprise user experience.
Lead development efforts from a functional standpoint.
Experience with ArcGIS v11 and v12 on a Windows Server platform
Understanding of DoD Application Security and Development (AS&D) STIG vulnerability requirements as it relates to the ArcGIS Enterprise Platform
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO)
Desired:
Direct experience supporting the ARNG G9
GIS certifications
PostgreSQL DBA experience

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
