Infrastructure Technical Analyst

Qualifications

  • Proven interpersonal skills: collaboration and communications skills (oral, written, presentation) with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Service oriented, positive, committed and enthusiastic team player.
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong team player, achievement oriented; works well to establish and maintain collaboration
  • Knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp components
  • Understanding of VDI and Citrix hosting in Azure
  • Microsoft operating system (Win 10, Win11), Office Suite and other tools
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS components and technologies such as Windows Registries, PowerShell etc.
  • Knowledge of Firewall rule implementation & troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of multi factor technologies and its integration with Citrix clients.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (group membership)
  • Strong Security focus and knowledge.
  • Reporting and business interaction soft skills
  • IT professional with experience supporting large environments.
  • Ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with business units, architects, peers and partners globally
  • Experience working within a structured process methodology (i.e. ITIL)
  • Operations efficiency orientation (process, costing etc.) and ability to effectively manage ongoing operations while identifying opportunities for ongoing efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server 2022
