We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager - to join the Project Management Infrastructure Team, the position will be based in Porto - to lead complex infrastructure projects across multiple entities.
The role focuses on planning, execution and coordination across technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to Project Management best practices and governance
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and executive management

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in a multi-entity, multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable project plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Drive project decision-making, prioritization and escalation when needed

Preferred Knowledge:

• Experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects.
• Basic understanding of Network, Systems, End-User Computing, Cloud, AI and Automation.
• Previous experience in financial services infrastructure projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred
