At our Kilkeel Facility, we manufacture aircraft interior seating for global customers. To support our existing business and enable future growth we are offering a 12-month Industrial Placement opportunity to join a team dedicated to Business Systems Analysis and Continuous Improvement. The role will be based on site at Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.

What you will do: 

Supported by our experienced team you will:

• Support data analysis activities, leveraging tools to identify trends and insights for decision-making.

• Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business systems.

Skills and Experience Required: 

This Industrial Placement opportunity is suited to you if you are passionate about a career Business Systems. We will delight in training and supporting you during your placement which means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.  

Essential Criteria:

In addition to the above you should be studying towards a degree or integrated master's in Business Administration, Information Systems or a relevant degree involving problem solving and data analysis and be available to complete a 12-month placement commencing in June/July 2026.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have experience working within a team environment. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines. You will have experience of analysing information, improving processes, or working with data and have a basic understanding of business systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and data analysis tools and techniques e.g. Power BI.

Desirable Criteria:

• Demonstrable and substantial experience working within a Business Systems environment

• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python
