Indirect Procurement Intern
Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Indirect Procurement Intern, mainly supporting Indirect Group Procurement. The role will be part of a growing and talented Group Procurement Team and will report directly into our on of our procurement managers. The role is based in Madrid.

This is a unique opportunity to join our Indirect Procurement team.
His/her responsibilities will be among others:
- Collaborate, support and influence across the whole P2P process, from purchase requisition and negotiation, to purchase order, of several indirect procurement spends (for instance could be IT, Telecommunication’s, facility management and office costs, marketing, car fleet, financial services, etc)
- Support the new ERP Oracle implementation and change management.
- Be part of tender’s executions (RFPs), negotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and supplier qualification and selection.
- Ensure process and policy compliance.
- Ensure compliance and qualification processes.
- Gather specifications of products and services required by business areas.
- Drafting contracts and negotiating agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Support in market and spend analysis.
- Develop solutions that meet the organization needs and results.
- Identify and anticipate issues in the execution of the projects, identify and implement solutions, escalate as required.
- Identify risks and escalate them to Manager.
- Follow risk mitigation actions & processes defined.
- Manage issues with suppliers, monitor periodically agreements and supplier evaluation, including monitor supplier performance in line with the scope of services agreed.
- Supporting the elaboration of the Group Procurement Plan.
- Propose improvements in the Procurement department, processes and policies.
- Report as needed on all areas of responsibility

Experiences and Qualifications
- University Degree, preferably Graduate or Bachelor in IT, Engineering, Business or Economy Postgraduate degree would be valued if related to the role.
- Advanced level on Microsoft Office. In particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Spanish and English. Very high level on both languages. Able to lead business conversations and influence in both languages, fluently, with stakeholders at any level.
- Experience with eProcurement tools (Ariba, Bravo, etc), and ERP systems would be an advantage.
