We are seeking a motivated Incentive Program Specialist to oversee vendor compliance and incentive performance across OES’ strategic vendor portfolio. This role ensures that negotiated vendor agreements—specifically incentive, services, and compliance provisions—are contractually protected, operationally executed, accurately tracked, and fully realized financially. They will partner closely with Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal/Risk, and Family of Companies stakeholders to turn vendor agreements into measurable financial and operational outcomes.
The ideal candidate is detail-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating across contracts, data, and cross-functional teams to reduce leakage, enforce compliance, and improve vendor program effectiveness. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Own the structure, governance, and annual execution of OES vendor compliance and incentive programs, including standardized guidelines, templates, and eligibility rules.
Support vendor onboarding, participation, and annual renewals; ensure compliance and incentive terms are embedded within vendor contracts.
Manage program lifecycle performance by tracking earned vs. collected incentives, validating vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and closing revenue or compliance leakage.
Partner cross-functionally with Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal/Risk, and stakeholders to ensure purchasing & SLA compliance, contractual protection, accurate accruals, and consolidated spend reporting.
Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and program data to monitor performance, renewal timing, and vendor compliance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through improved compliance, vendor consolidation, program optimization, and stronger controls.
Support internal teams with program education, compliance guidance, and data visibility to maximize program effectiveness.
Support OES Sales, Sourcing, and Procurement on driving strategic vendor revenue.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in sourcing, procurement, commercial programs, finance, or vendor management.
Experience negotiating and managing vendor incentive programs strongly preferred.
Experience managing contracts, renewals, and vendor commercial terms.
Experience with Coupa, ERP systems, or Incentive management tools preferred.
Construction, equipment rental, and/or material distribution industry experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
