Job Description & Summary
A career within Workday Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive transition plans, including project schedules and resource allocation plans.
· Manage IT and Business process related transitions for the entity
· Coordinate with different teams and departments to ensure the successful execution of transition plans.
· Ensure products and services are delivered within the Transition and Transformation within schedule, scope and budget and meet the required level of quality
· Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
· Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the transition plan as needed.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the progress of transitions.
· Manage governance models for the transition- weekly, monthly and quarterly governance meetings
· Provide regular reports to management on the status of transitions.
· Provide post-transition support and address any issues that arise- including transition handover to operations
