As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Required Skills 

- 2-3 years of experience as Microsoft Exchange Online administrator in complex enterprise environments. 
- Good expertise with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and with PowerShell scripting in relation to MS365. 
- Experience with the following technologies: Active Directory, Azure services, Power Automate, Authentication services (SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, LDAP, MFA, …) and Google Workspace. 

 

Soft skills (incl. language) 

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users  
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively  
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to provide well-documented records  
- Self-driven to stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in ServiceNow  

 

Educational qualifications (incl. certificates)  

- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) 
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) 
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)

- ITILv4 Foundation 

 

Responsibilities 

- You operate, monitor, and supervise Messaging and Collaboration Services in the cloud. 
- You localize, isolate and fix malfunctions, in addition you give impulses for technical avoidance and/or escalation procedures. 
- You help with conception, design and architecture, project realization, implementation and operation of innovative business solutions using state-of-the-art technologies. 
- You work together with a team of experts in an open and caring environment where we value feedback culture.
