HVAC Technician – Company Vehicle, $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Successful candidates must live in or near Cedar Rapids or Waterloo, Iowa, and be willing to travel between these two cities using a company-provided vehicle.
What you'll be doing...
Driving a company truck to residential homes to perform energy efficiency work
Installing energy-saving measures (smart thermostats, lighting, aerators, etc.)
Performing home energy assessments and installing and troubleshooting AC load control devices
Physical Nature of the Job
Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently
Working in all weather conditions
Type of Work
In-person work in multiple homes per day (not remote)
Ability to adapt to elongated schedules when needed; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
